Zbadano wpływ bromku benzyldodecylodimetyloamoniowego (BDMA) na właściwości spektrofotometryczne i stałe dysocjacji fenylofluoronu (PF). Stwierdzono, iż w obecności badanej substancji powierzchniowo czynnej następuje zmiana położenia i intensywności pasm absorpcji. Obecność BDMA ułatwia również dysocjację protonów fenylofluoronu, a zatem przesuwa obszar występowania poszczególnych form PF w kierunku niższych wartości pH i powoduje wzrost stałych dysocjacji. Wpływ zaobserwowano poniżej i powyżej krytycznego stężenia tworzenia miceli bromku benzyldodecylodimetyloamoniowego.
The influence of benzyldodecyldimethylammonium bromide (BDMA) on the spectrophotometric properties and dissociation constans of phenylfluarone (PF) was studied. It was ascertained that in the presence of the tested surface active aubstance a change in the position and intensivity of the absorption bands takes place. The presence of BDMA also faciliatates the dissociation of the phenylfluorone protons, and this has the effect of shifting the region of occurence of the particular PF forms towards lower pH values and causes increase in the dissociation constants. This is observed both below and above the critical concentration of micelle formation of benzyldodecyldimethylammonium bromide.
