PL

Badania architektoniczne w projekcie PolSenior zostały zaprojektowane jako interdyscyplinarne. W skład grupy badawczej weszli architekci i socjologowie. Do badań zostały wybrane 3 osiedla mieszkaniowe wielorodzinne, o różnej lokalizacji, wieku i strukturze mieszkań, oraz 4 domy stacjonarne, o różnym standardzie i strukturze organizacyjnej, dla ludzi w wieku emerytalnym. Artykuł ukazuje kolejne kroki badawcze podjęte w trakcie prowadzenia badań, oraz zastosowane metody i techniki badawcze, takie jak badania literaturowe, oceny jakości badanych środowisk prowadzone pod kątem wybranych kryteriów jakościowych, studia przypadku wielokrotne komparatywne, ankietowanie, wywiady i spotkania fokusowe. Przedstawione w artykule badania można uznać za pilotażowe w tej problematyce, ukazujące nowe obszary badawcze.

PolSenior architectural research project was designed as interdisciplinary. The research group consisted of architects and sociologists. Selected to study there were: three multi-family housing developments of diverse location, age and structure of the flats and also 4 nursing houses for people of retirement age, houses of different standards and different management structure. The paper presents the steps taken during the research and also research methods and techniques applied such as literature studies, quality assessment tests of the housing environments, based on selected quality criteria, multiple, comparative case studies, surveys, interviews and focus group meetings. Research presented in this paper can be considered as a pilot study of this problem, highlighting new areas of research.
