The aggregate is shown as an irregular structure, in which the defects, as a corollary of deviations of a process engineering and loading are possible at exploitation. With use of statistical distributions of properties of components the model of destruction is offered at static loading. The relations circumscribing influence of temperature, time of maintenance are entered into model. The prediction of properties of an aggregate under the characteristics of components is conduced.
