Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono w zarysie przepisy i metodykę postępowania w zagrożeniu klimatycznym w górnictwie na przykładzie wybranych krajów oraz na tle obowiązujących i projektowanych polskich regulacji prawnych. Artykuł jest głosem przedstawiciela nadzoru górniczego w dyskusji dotyczącej kierunków i zakresu możliwych i niezbędnych zmian w polskim prawie górniczym.
This paper outlines the rules and methodology of the proceedings at the climatic risk in the mining industry, based on selected countries and on the background of the existing and planned Polish regulations. The article is a voice of a representative of the mining supervisory in the debatę on the direction and scope of possible and necessary changes in Polish mining law.
