Outcomes of crash tests are very important factor which decide about well done validation of numerical models. Process of models creation of human body with detailed structure of cervical and lumbar spine in a situation corresponding to real road accidents are presented in this paper. Results of experimental tests carried out by professional institutions were used to verification and materials parameter determination of the models. The models were created using professional WorkingModel 2D system and were used to simulate head-on, rear car collisions, side impact and rollover car accidents.
