This article concerns analysis of the relationships between the quality level and TPM coefficients reflecting the efficiency of a die casting machine. In order to achieve this, the main loss resulting from insufficient efficiency of the machine was described. The causes of die casting machine downtime and its impact on the level of non-conforming products were also discussed.
