Influence of hydraulic press efficiency coefficients on the quality of produced products

In the article, the efficiency of PH 250 hydraulic press used in metalworking was presented. For this purpose, on the basis of individual working time of machine the TPM and PAMCO coefficients were calculated for the period of 12 months. As a result of the investigations it was found that the OEE coefficient reached high values over 83%, while the EU coefficient reached the value above 96%. Furthermore, research was carried out on the correlation between TPM and PAMCO coefficients and also the correlation between PJ of metalworking elements and TPM and PAMCO coefficients. Correlation coefficients for individual relationships were calculated. Based on analysis it was found that the correlation coefficient reached the value 1 for WD and PE and also WD and EU coefficients. The largest negative relationship (-0.85) of the correlation coefficient was reached for PJ and WD and also PJ and PE.
