The paper presents the analysis of the influence of an effective friction angle on the velocity of a cement-type material of group III, leaving the flat plate of the pouring point. The analysis was carried out for oversized cement particles, with grain diameters classifying them as a material of group III. The analysis was carried out in the real conditions of cement production and for the impact plate mounted in the impact flowmeter GRAN 30. The effective friction angle of the oversized cement particles type CEMII A-V 42,5 R was considered to be the reference value. The velocity values were determined theoretically with the use of a mathematical model of the flow of a stream of bulk material in an impact point with a flat impact plate.
