PL

Sukces w globalnej gospodarce sieciowej jest uzależniony od umiejętności kierowania procesami tworzenia i rozwoju wirtualnych sieci wiedzy, takich jak wirtualna wspólnota działań. Podstawowym elementem konstytuujących każdą wspólnotę stanowią procesy współpracy i uczenia się, wyrażające się interakcjami pomiędzy członkami wspólnoty. Powstała w ich wyniku sieć komunikacji determinuje procesy rozwoju wspólnoty, co w konsekwencji wpływa bezpośrednio na jej przydatność jako narzędzia kreowania i dyfuzji wiedzy. Zakłada się, że rozwój wirtualnej wspólnoty działań jest uwarunkowany powstaniem sieci powiązań i zależności o strukturze centralno-peryferyjnej, w której powstają warunki do współpracy na różnym poziomie zaangażowania i do uruchomienia procesu grupowego uczenia się, w którym wiodącą rolę odgrywają jej główni aktorzy jako twórcy wiedzy. Do zbadania zachowań komunikacyjnych głównych aktorów wirtualnych wspólnot działań wykorzystano analizę treści.

Success in the global networked economy depends on the ability to manage processes of creation and development of virtual knowledge networks, such as a virtual community of practice (VCoP). Every community is constituted by collaboration and learning processes which take form of interactions between community members. As a result, the established communication network determines the community development processes, which in turn affects directly its usefulness as a tool for knowledge creation and diffusion. It is assumed that the necessary condition for development the virtual community of practice is a core-periphery structure which enables community members cooperation and engagement on different levels and start the process of group learning in which the key role play the core members as knowledge creators. To explore communication behavior of core members of virtual community of practice a content analysis was used.
