Space, relations and type of customer are key determinants of innovativeness in industry not only in Poland but also in much more developed countries. This research study has proved that space, behaviour and type of customer are important for innovation activity in every regional industrial system, therefore these factors should be considered in innovative strategies.

Przestrzeń, relacje i typ konsumentów stanowią istotne determinanty innowacyjności przemysłu nie tylko w Polsce, również w bardziej rozwiniętych krajach. To badanie dowodzi, że przestrzen, nawyki i typ odbiorcy mają istotne znaczenie w każdym regionalnym systemie przemysłowym. Z tego powodu czynniki te powinny być uwzględnione w strategiach innowacyjnych.
