The dissertation has a review character and describes the phenomenon of attitudes change in the context of Project Management implementation in the organization. The goals of this works are as follows: presentation what is the attitudes change during PM implementation, presentation of case studies where attitudes change has the main impact during project management implementation and distinguishing the factors influencing attitudes change towards project management. The dissertation describes what is PM, attitudes change and organizational culture change. There are two case studies described at the end of it, which are describing how the attitude change was conducted in two different organizations.

Praca mając charakter przeglądowy opisuje zjawisko zmiany postaw w kontekście wdrażania w organizacji systemu zarządzania projektami. Celem pracy było przedstawienie, na czym polega zmiana postaw podczas wdrażania systemu zarządzania projektami w organizacji, prezentacja studium przypadków, w których zmiana postaw odegrała istotną rolę na etapie implementacji zarządzania projektami w organizacji oraz wyróżnienie czynników warunkujących zmianę postaw pracowników względem zarządzania projektami. Po kolei zostały w niej omówione zagadnienia Project Management, zmiany postaw oraz zmiany kultury organizacyjnej. Na samym końcu opisano 2 studium przypadków, przedstawiające, w jaki sposób przeprowadzano zmianę postaw w dwóch organizacjach.
