The paper consist of the research result referred to the differences between men and women in value creation process. There is developed transaction set-up worker-organisation-manager-customer which is the base for the main research. The research results shows the differences between man and woman in the value creation process but is also shows meaningful role of stereotypes.

W prezentowanym artykule zamieszone zostały wyniki badań pilotażowych dotyczących różnic pomiędzy kobietami i mężczyznami w procesie tworzenia wartości. Przedstawiony został układ transakcyjny pracownik-organizacja-broker-klient, który stanowić będzie podstawę w dalszych badaniach. Wyniki badań pilotażowych potwierdziły sugerowane różnice, ale także wskazały na rolę stereotypów w procesie tworzenia wartości.
