The main target of the paper is to investigate the situation of agriculture households after 1990 using input-output balance sheets. It was noticed that the relative attenuation of agriculture status in input-output mechanism and thereby the limitation of reproductive processes and structural changes. Also a drop of connection effectiveness between agriculture and other branches was observed which results in the transfer of effects obtained in the sector into the surrounding mainly by the price system as well as the limitation of income creation in the sector. It can be believed that in Poland after 1990 the structure-creating factors existing in the input-output mechanism influenced the agriculture development to a little extent.

Głównym celem artykułu jest zbadanie sytuacji gospodarstw rolnych w Polsce po 1990 r. przy wykorzystaniu bilansów przepływów międzygałęziowych. Dostrzeżono względne osłabienie pozycji rolnictwa w mechanizmie przepływów międzygałęziowych i tym samym ograniczenie w zakresie procesów reprodukcji oraz przemian strukturalnych. Odnotowano także obniżenie efektywności powiązań rolnictwa z innymi gałęziami, co przyczynia się do transferu wypracowanych efektów w sektorze do otoczenia, głównie poprzez system cen, jak również do ograniczenia kreacji dochodów w tym sektorze. Można także sądzić, iż w Polsce po 1990 r. czynniki strukturotwórcze tkwiące w mechanizmie przepływów międzygałęziowych w niewielkim zakresie oddziaływały na rozwój rolnictwa.
