The laid motive of the article is to treat and compare the regulations on the main agricultural markets in Poland and in the European Union in order to show which adjustment should be placed on the polish agricultural market, owing to which, they will be adequate for union's markets in the sphere of their regulations. There are described in turn markets of the cereal, meat, milk and sugar, in scope of which are showed in detail the tools of the intervention. Afterwards are given instructions connected with the indispensable adjustment of prices, supply and external trade turnover, which main clause is to stabilize the agricultural markets and most of all - agricultural incomes.

Motywem przewodnim artykułu jest omówienie i porównanie regulacji na kluczowych rynkach rolnych Polski i Unii Europejskiej w celu ukazania, jakich powinno się dokonać dostosowań na rynkach rolnych w Polsce, aby były one komplementarne z unijnymi, w sferze ich regulacji. Zostały przedstawione kolejno rynki: zboża, mięsa, mleka i cukru, w zakresie których omówiono szczegółowo instrumenty interwencji. Następnie wskazano na niezbędne dostosowania cenowe, podażowe i obrotów z zagranicą, których celem nadrzędnym jest stabilizacja rynków rolnych a zwłaszcza dochodów rolniczych.
