The corporations as the corporate bodies have a certain organizational structure that is provided by the rules of law. The suitable organs have to be appointed in each company. A board is this kind of the organ that is necessary for a corporation. Appointing the members of the board one should choose a form of their employment. It could be a contract of permanent employment or a contract being beyond the regulations of the civil code, e.g. a manager contract. A form of employment is dependent on the parties of a contract. There are no law obstacles to choose a specified contract. These parties should decide which form is the best by taking the duties and rights of the board of a certain company into consideration.
