The process of globalization more and more intensively influences the Polish enterprises. It can be observed both in the process of commodity and services flow and establishment of international joint venture companies or affiliated branches abroad. The influence of the process on selection of organizational structures, decision-making procedures and organizational culture of globalization-oriented enterprises is presented in the article.
