Abstrakty

The dynamic changes in the organizations, and above all the need for bringing new products and numerous innovations into market, have evoked the development of organizational structures, based on Project Management. At present the biggest organizations in the world can expend their operations through the proficient project teams, working in accordance with their strategy. Following article is an introduction to a broader theme of project teams' management and has review character. It concentrates on: the processes of formation and development of such teams, roles undertaken by members, conflicts resolution, creation of team norms, and also factors influencing effective work.

Dynamika zmian w organizacjach, a w szczególności konieczność wprowadzania nowych produktów i licznych innowacji, przyczyniły się do rozwoju struktur organizacyjnych, opartych na zarządzaniu projektowym (Project Management). W chwili obecnej największe organizacje świata mogą poszerzać swoje działania, m.in. dzięki sprawnym, działającym zgodnie z ich strategią, zespołom projektowym. Artykuł stanowi wstęp do szerszej tematyki zarządzania zespołami projektowymi, ma charakter przeglądowy i koncentruje się wokół procesów powstawania i rozwoju takich zespołów, ich składu i ról podejmowanych przez jego członków, rozwiązywania konfliktów, tworzenia norm zespołowych, a także czynnikach warunkujące efektywną pracę.
