Abstrakty
W artykule podjęto rozważania dotyczące sukcesu jako naturalnego dążenia firmy. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań identyfikujących źródła sukcesu. W świetle tych badań nasuwa się wniosek o ulotności, efemeryczności sukcesu. Obecnie sukces firmy zdeterminowany jest jej elastycznością, tj. zdolnością tworzenia stabilnych warunków dla dokonywania ciągłych zmian.
Being a success is a natural desire of each firm. This paper presents the sources of success which were identified in various research of this problem. In the light of resuIts these research: success of firm is ephemeral (short-lived). At present firm's success is determined of flexibIe of firm e.g. its ability to create of stable conditions for making continuous changes.
