The paper presents a short overviev of the presents stste in computer modelling of the heart and the thorax. Source models and numerical techniques to solve the forward and inverse problems of magneto-and electrocardiography are described. In addition, accurate integration of the inverse solutions with the heart anatomy is discussed.

Artykuł przedstawia krótki przegląd obecnego stanu badań komputerowego modelowania serca i klatki piersiowej. Opisano źródła modeli oraz techniki numeryczne do rozwiązywania problemów forward i inverse w magnetokardiografii i elektrokardiografii. Ponadto omówiono dokładne integrowanie rozwiązania (invers solution) z anatomią serca.
