Biotribological characteristics of a biobearing directly depend on the cultivation process of cartilages in bioreactors. The cultivation process in a bioreactor can be presented by a multivariable dynamic object which is regulated by a proper control system. The objective of this paper is delivering the control law and algorithm which is adapted for regulating the cartilage cultivation in the bioreactor. The possibility of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is investigated and related calculations are presented.
