Abstrakty
Diseases of human joints, in which the cartilage is the sensitive link, appear a serious issue of still growing social and economical importance in EU countries. Surgical transplantation of the human cartilage tissue into human joints can be successfully performed many times, on the contrary to the transplantation of artificial joints or only artificial acetabulum. Artificial joint transplantation is applicable three times in human life, at the most. Therefore cultivation of natural human tissues in bioreactor is really very important problem.
