This note adds some comments to the papers published by Ghosh (1997; 2001). It is shown that the inertial frequency becomes significant when forced oscillation is taken into account. This emerges from the backbone of a remarkable approach of designing a spacecraft subject to a controlled thermonuclear reaction.
