PL

Korzyści płynące z zastosowań systemów monitorowania i diagnostyki maszyn są coraz lepiej rozumiane przez użytkowników. Początkowo, z uwagi na bardzo wysoki koszt, systemy te instalowano głównie w najdroższych obiektach, takich jak np. samoloty czy turbozespoły energetyczne. W następnych latach, głównie na skutek ciągłego spadku cen elektroniki (w tym zwłaszcza komputerów) i jednoczesnego poprawiania się ich parametrów technicznych (wydajność procesorów, pojemność pamięci) uzasadnione ekonomicznie stało się stosowanie tych systemów również w maszynach niekrytycznych. Rozszerzanie grup maszyn objętych systemami monitorowania i diagnostyki spowodowało konieczność zmian w podejściu do użytkownika.

Applications of monitoring and diagnostic systems are continuosly expanding to more and more machines. Modern systems should be easy to use and should require minimum effort to reach the information necessary to assess the technical state of the machinery. With constant decrease of IT technologies, it is possible to cover with monitoring not only critical, but also other groups of machines. The article presents division into: critical, auxiliary, general purpose and other groups. Next, auxiliary machines are characterized together with analysis of their particular needs towards the diagnostic. Next chapter presents the VIBex monitoring and diagnostic system. The system has distributed architecture and is focused on auxiliary machinery. It features eg. graphical build-up of kinematic structure of machine, automatically creates analysis and supports the user to set alert and alarm levels. The last chapter presents the Diagnostic Center, new service offered by the Energocontrol Group. The center supports diagnostic experts in various plants to analyze huge amounts of data generated by monitoring systems. Then, reports and recommendations are prepared to help operate machines according to the strategy chosen by the customery. The services are offered in three standard packages and one tailored to the particular needs of the customer. Additionally more advanced servicesare offered, such as balancing thermovision or modal analysis.
