EN

The paper presents sources of industrial wastes, which can be used as substitutes of primary minerals. Legal and economic factors influencing such use, are considered. Significante of mineral waste raw materials in the minerals management in Poland is analysed. important applications of industrial wastes as sources of substitutes for industrial and construction minerals, as well as their influence on markets of these minerals, are reviewed in detail.

Artykuł omawia źródła odpadów przemysłowych, które mogą być użyte jako sustytuty surowców pierwotnych. Analizie poddane zostały czynniki prawne i ekonomiczne, które wpływają na rozwój tej substytucji. Przedstawiono znaczenie mineralnych surowców odpadowych w gospodarce surowcami mineralnymi w Polsce. Szczegółowej analizie poddano ważne zastosowania odpadów przemysłowych jako substytutów surowców budowlanych i ceramicznych, oraz ich wpływ na rynki tych surowców.
