Abstrakty

EN

The present dissertation shows the issue of gated housing areas and other similar kinds of modern housing. A special focus has been put on forms and manners of housing reflecting the economical and social promotion of social groups and related revaluations on a cultural field. The range of that phenomenon and prospects of its development in the aspect of continual civilizational changes have been specified and - as a conclusion - the main reasons determining such trends in housing have been pointed out.
