W pracy wyjaśniono przyczyny wieloznacznościpojęcia uczenia się organizacyjne i pokazano jak różni się jego znaczenie w zależności od przyjętej perspektywy i rozpatrywanego poziomu uczenia się. Wskazano na znaczenie metod symulacyjnych we wspomaganiu uczenia się organizacji i w organizacji, a także w próbach badania zjawiska uczenia się organizacyjnego. oraz czynników nań wpływających.
