W opracowaniu omówiono pojecie poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli oraz wpływu tego czynnika na proces podejmowania decyzji indywidualnych i zespołowych. Streszczono wyniki wybranych badań dotyczących poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli menedżerów, a następnie zaprezentowano wyniki własnych, wstępnych badań poczucia umiejscowienia kontroli u uczestników symulacyjnych gier kierowniczych.
