EN

When badly informed, even a genius draws false conclusions and then makes a wrong decision. The very simple phrase of the motto above includes an immensity of problems and questions, to which many science domains are trying to answer - from systems theory, sociology, praxiology, cybernetics, through methodologies of particular domains, to design and exploitation in technology. All these areas, and very numerous domains being not mentioned here, create systems that are changing continuously - automatically (as an effect of auto-transformation), or as the result of action of external factors, intervention factors. All the domains of activity require good information for advancing hypotheses, advancing theorems and for correctly functioning in their applications. Acquiring information on contexts of activity, on the environment, on objects and on the subject of activity in a mostly rapid, efficient and possibly errorless way, etc., constitutes here the principal condition.
