Selected results of experimental investigations of the prototypic DA200 blower produced by H.Cegielski-Poznań S.A. W5 Mechanical Equipment Factory are presented in this paper. This researches carried on by Chair of Thermal Engineering together with H.Cegielski-Poznań S.A. are the part of designing work on series of types of blowers for small flow rates. The main investigation aim was to determine the characteristics of the whole blower equipped with adjustable prestator and adjustable vaned diffuser. At the same time, pressure distributions have been measured in particular sections of the stage. Investigations was performed on diffuser working with two impellers of blade angle beta2 = 90° and outer diameter D2 = 200 mm both, one with width ratio b2/D2 ~ 0.06 second with width ratio b2/D2 = 0.08. Diffuser vanes have been adjusted for several angles during investigations. Selected data, only for inlet vane angle a3* = 18.9° are presented in this paper. Measurements in diffuser have been performed only on walls because of technical reasons. Here are some results of investigations.
