The aim of this work is to present a concept of an extension of information contents of GIS by means of GIS Expert Systems. The extension process should be based on existing GIS data. The GIS Expert System can classify and verify the data and it can build secondary contents . with limited participation of the human factor. As a result GIS can work more effectively and can deliver more information in shorter time.
