Raman spectra of three charge-transfer salts, a-(BEDT-TTF)2XF6 (where X = P, Sb, As), were measured in the temperature range of 300-80 K. The salts exhibit fluctuations in charge ordering, indicating the formation of Wigner-like crystals.
