Abstrakty

EN

The article analyses the province of the safety and health protection at work. It provokes deliberation over the extention of the successfullness of legislative steps. It emphasises the fact that there is a wall built between the employees and their legislative protection from fear of losing the means of existence, that is everyday presented to people as warning of a job loss. This illusion is stronger than the employee's need to protect his life and health.
