Idlers are structural elements of conveyor. An average transportation system in the mining industry contains some hundreds of thousand of idlers. Rigid construction and excessive turning resistance characterize idlers produced in Poland. This article shows method of quality estimation, which takes into consideration phenomenon occurring during its operation.
