Referat dotyczy rekultywacji zwałowiska zewnętrznego w KWB TURÓW. Charakteryzuje pierwsze prace rekultywacyjne z lat 60-tych oraz obecnie wykonywane zabiegi. O skali wykonywanych prac świadczy zrekultywowanie 1669 ha z 2175 ha ogólnej powierzchni zwałowiska. Szczegółowo przedstawiona została istota funkcjonowania systemu hydrotechnicznego oraz jego rola w procesie rekultywacji. Omówione są efekty prowadzonych działań i wpływ na środowisko, co ma szczególne znacznie z uwagi na przygraniczne położenie kopalni.
This article describes the process of the recultivation of the external dumping area in the Turów mine. It shows the first recultivation efforts made in the sixties and recently made works concerned with land reclamation. The external dump of the Turów mine currently occupies the area of ca 2175 ha. From this amount around 1669 ha there is a recultivation area. This paper briefly describes the main elements of the hydrotechnical system (a system of reservoirs and other hydrotechnical devices) and it's role in the land reclamation process. Shown in this article will be the effects of this activity and it's influence on the surroundining area. This influence ie seally important because of location of the mine. The Turów mine is located at the junction of the territories of there states: Czech republic, Germany and Poland.
