PL

Rozpoczął się proces przygotowawczy do komercjalizacji i prywatyzacji państwowych przedsiębiorstw energetycznych. Zagadnienia prywatyzacji przedsiębiorstw państwowych i wyceny ich majątku regulują liczne akty prawne. Prace przygotowawcze poprzedzające prywatyzację nieruchomości dużego przedsiębiorstwa państwowego są przedsięwzięciem długotrwałym, wymagającym zaangażowania zespołu specjalistów z odpowiednimi uprawnieniami, znających w teorii i praktyce problemy prywatyzacji, specyfikę prywatyzowanego przedsiębiorstwa i parametry techniczne charakteryzujące poszczególne obiekty, linie technologiczne i całe nieruchomości. Wybrane problemy związane z pracami przygotowawczymi do prywatyzacji elektrowni omówiono w referacie.

In the near future the restructurisation and privatization process of great industrial enterprises will be carried out also in power plants. Each power plant consists of a separated and closely built-on surface of ground on which there are situated not only typical for industrial building objects as shops, warehouses, office and social buildings, but also some and sometimes until twenty buildings and production objects of special appropriation. Here belong stream boilers, cooling, towers, chimneys, buildings with turbine sets, and also bunkers, crushing mills, collectors, conveyor belts, water channels, transforming stations, power transmission lines, switching stations e.c.t. Each power plant possesses also many immovables which are not directly bound with power production and they are most frequent situated outside main terrain e.g. housing estates, schools, health service centers, transport bases, e.c.t. Preparation process of power plant's fixed asset5s to privatization purposes is a complicated and long-lasting enterprize. It must be carry on in a comples manner by a team of specialists of many domains. The works should be led in two currents: 1 - geodetic works and legal and formal works, 2 - evaluation of immovables. In both actions there must be taken into consideration the basic technical and exploitation conditions of main plant and also of separate standards and market specifities. One should not forget that the technical state of an be evaluated has decisive influence on estimated value. The above mentioned problems are the theme of this very paper.
