Abstrakty
Artykuł przedstawia wybrane aspekty koncepcji Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej w Polsce opracowywanej w ramach projektu badawczego zamawianego PBZ 024-13. Przedstawia zakres informacyjny systemu, jego strukturę organizacyjną i techniczna oraz zarys modelu ekonomicznego wdrożenia SIP. Zasygnalizowane są również aspekty prawne niezbędne do utworzenia i funkcjonowania systemu informacji przestrzennej o zasięgu krajowym.
The research project "Concept of the Spatial Information System in Poland" is currently under completion at the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography in Warsaw. The State Committee for Scientific Research finances this special research project ordered by Ministry of Administration and Internal Affairs. Concept of the Spatial Information System respects the rules of open system, dispersed structure, multi-addressing of information. The modular structure of the System will be suitable from for all users. Particular attention has been paid to compatibility of coordinate system, with other information systems; especially those with are used by public administration and public services. The resulting concept has been tested at different levels: local regional and country-wide, taking into consideration existing LIS/GIS system already in use in Poland.
