Abstrakty
The aim of this work was the development of computerized follow-up system for implanted pacemakers integrated with data base of simulated patients. Measurement interface of the system converts a patient's ECG signal and independently the stimulator impulses received from limb leads. Data blocks containing samples of ECG signal, stimulator impulses and calculated measurement results are transmitted via isolating optocouplers and bidirectional circuit RS-485 to fast card RS-485 in the computer of measurement station. Computer software of this station, operating in WINDOWS '95 (98) environment, enables: receiving the measurement data from interface, data collection in mass memory, presentation of data and traces a monitor screen as well as databases handling of the patient operations, implants and measurement. All the pacemaker measurement are performed simultaneously 'Learining procedure enables the automatic recognition of pacemaker operation mode and matching the measurement channel to values of pacemaker parameters.
