Przedmiotem badania jest wąskie gardło systemu produkcyjno-zaopatrzeniowego, którego podsystemami są: podsystem produkcji, podsystem transportowy, magazyn-zbiornik oraz odbiorca. Podano sposób obliczenia prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia wąskiego gardła systemu oraz wyznaczania innych charakterystyk przekaźnika. Wielkości te zostały uzależnione od parametrów podsystemu produkcji, podsystemu transportowego oraz parametrów przekaźnika. Stwarza to możliwość ich optymalizacji zarówno w fazie funkcjonowania systemu, jak i na etapie projektowania badanego systemu.

The subject matter of the investigation is the bottleneck of a certain production and supply system composed of the following subsystems: production, transport, storage and receiver. The paper provides a method of calculating the probability of the occurrence of a bottleneck in the system and determining other characteristics of the relay. The quantities are expressed as functions of the parameters of the production and transport subsystems of the relay. This enables the optimization of the parameters both in the phase of the operation of the system and in the phase of designing such a system.
