Abstrakty

EN

In this paper description of the active vibration control system is presented. A thin circular plate with multiple strain-gauges sensors, which is fixed on the top of hardwalled cylinder, is supposed the object of the control. Primary excitation is provided by a low frequency loudspeaker installed centrally at the bottom of the cylinder. In current tests control action is applied to the plate by one shaker attached pointwise in the middle of the plate. The optimal control input which minimizes the performance index has been derived from both the Ackerman's formula and by the solving Riccarti equation. With the use of the formulated algorithms, implemented on a multi-input board AN-16-4, the "secondary" control forces were determined. Results show that for the low to mid-range of frequencies tested, a significant increase of vibration amplitude can be achieved.
