Na podstawie porównania wyników badań empirycznych, wykonanych w grupie 18 przedsiebiorstw przemysłowych, z teorią literatuty przedmiotu, podjęto próbę stworzenia metodyki: przedstawienia schematu działań oraz zestawienia procedur wraz z ich interpretacją, umożliwiających prowadzenie działań restrukturyzacyjnych w obszarze organizacji i zarządzania przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych.

While comparing the results of empirical research, carried out on the group of 18 enterprises with specialist literature, there was an attempt at setting up a scheme of activities and a set of methodological procedures along with interpretation guidelines to make organizational restructuring of enterprises possible. The paper presents the objectives, range, types and tools of such restructuring. It is also a presentation of the range,course and results of the research involved. It shows the course of activities and conditions relating to the introduction of changes in enterprise organization and management system.The methodological suggestions concerning realisation of organizational changes were arrieved at in the course of comparing the research results with the theoretical achievements presented in the literature of the subject. The paper includes a scheme of activities, procedures and methodological interpretations, making the care of subjects restructuring within enterprice organization and management system as well as determines favourable conditions for organizational restructuring of enterprises. The practical examples include analysis and assessment of major changes introduced in management systems of the industrial enterprises that made the subject of the research. The paper ends with conclusions, comprising a synthesis of the research results presented in the paper as well as guideliness for futher studies.
