Wykorzystanie modeli procesów biznesowych BPMN 2.0 do identyfikacji potrzeb zdalnego uwierzytelniania

According to Business Process Management (BPM), each organization conducts certain processes that define the task grid being continuously performed in order to conduct organization's day-to-day business activity. BPM is supported by Object Management Group (OMG) which is responsible for constant development and popularization of the BPMN standard (Business Process Model and Notation). OMG's activity has resulted in creating a standard, thanks to which models are in line with BPMN specification and are understandable for each entity being involved in any stage of process life cycle. Starting from business analysis, throughout building supporting software, up to the end-users taking part in the process. Using the standard enables pointing out where exactly in the process (usually remote) communication between different organizations takes place. Using BPMN 2.0 standard enables to measure the importance of each communication event for the process run. On that basis one can also define data type being used within message and that specifically allows to identify it's value and it's potential loss in case on non-authorized takeover or message change. The article discusses the basic issues of process modeling in accordance with BPMN 2.0 standard and points out the possibilities of creating models that could be used for identification and then for securing the communication held under business process performance using proper authentication of the process participants.
