The article discusses the concept of laboratory practical performance test and military traning ground devices such as ballistic vests with balistic cartridges meants for the formation of the three members of the Government Protection Agency (BOR), Prevention Branch Police (OPP) and the Border Guard (SG) Innovation of the method consists of, first of all, the ability to assess the special purpose products under controlled conditions and to repeat a similar sequence of exercises under conditions similar to use in real conditions. Supplemented by the subjective assessment of ballistic products carried out by the testing users, is to evaluate their psychophyslcal performance as well as the subjective mental load before and after the planned exercises. The presented methodology allows the credibility of the evaluation results of usability special-purpose, which because of the need to provide a protective barrier against harmful factors of working environment, always arouse resentment and fears of members felt discomfort associated with.
