Textile materials destined for the protective clothing belong to the group of textiles, which are the most exposed on the Sun radiation and atmospherical factors. In result of it different changes, worsening the physical and physico-chemical fabric properties as well as clor changes (fading). For measurements there were selected two groups of fabrics applied in the protective clothing constructions: materials of modified surface and resistant on the chemical means, flame resistant, of antielectrostattic properties and fluorescent fabrics of background of warning clothing. There is described the range and methodoogy of ageing measurements i.e. color change, change of strength properties, flameretardancy, thermoinsulation, electrostatic properties and penetration and repellency by acids and alkali after the fabric exposition on the Sun radiation and atmospherical factors in the natural conditions.
