This short document describes the principle and the model of the modern strategy of the management which the complex management of dependability of the driving axis is. The attention was paid in the work to ways and advantages resulting from emission of the service of driving axises to the service through the external firm. They are this advantage both dependability (the accessibility of driving axises), how and fuel-efficient. The notion of the cycle of the life of the article which in this incident the electric drive is about the regulated rotational speed was considered in model.
