Effects of static examinations, as well as fatigue properties of spliced joint of the end of combed cotton yarns, spliced pneumatically, at various working conditions of the splicing device were presented. Examinations showed, that fatigue strength of yarns with spliced joints of ends evaluated on the basis of the number of fatigue cycles is lower than analogous strenght of thread without joints. Decrease in dynamic fatigue strenght of yarns with joints is reaching even to 50% of strenght of yarns without joints what is providing about the need for the reappraisal for the process of unknotted linking of ends. It is particulary significant from the point of seeing the processing of the yarn in more faraway processes, i. e. during warping, sizing of warps, weft feeding, but before everything during weaving process. It is also necessary to expect, that fatigue strenght of spliced joints will be acting for use of final goods, too.
