The research work made by Institute of Natural Fibres. Department in Żyrardów aimed at using Tencel standard and Tencel A 100 fibres as well as their blends with flax for clothing fabrics. The fabrics produced under this project were exposed to washing, bleaching, dyeing with reactive dyestuffs and drying in full width using linen machine park. Dark colours were made using an exhaustion method on jigger dyeing machine and middle intensity colours were obtained in a cold pad-batch dyeing method. The fabrics were analysed in an organoleptic and an instrumental ways. Laboratory researches of chosen exploit parameters of the fabrics revealed similarities and differences of compared Tencel fibres' properties.
