Abstrakty
Thermoplastic poly(ester-b-amide) (PEA) elastomers were prepared by the polycondensation of dimethyl therephthalate (DMT), 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD) and various types of aliphatic dicarboxylic oligoamides. Two kinds of dimerized fatty acids and dodecanoic diacid were used to prepare oligoamides. The relationship between their chemical structure and selected properties (melting temperatures, swelling in benzene, density, MFI, hardness, mechanical properties) were examined.
