Synthesis and characterization of amine multimethacrylate derivatives

Synthesis of the adduct from glycidyl methacrylate and the following amines: aniline, p-phenylenediamine, 4,4'-oxydianiline, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 4,4'- diaminodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4'-thiodianiline, 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexylmethane, are presented. These adducts were copolymerized with glycidyl metacrylate. The curing process was initiated thermally and by means of UV light. A contribution of unreacted substrates in the obtained copolymers were determined.
