This paper presents a method of pretreatment, detoxification and stabilization of the after-condensation sewage from the animal origin material utilization. The method permits to deodorize and, in the same way, deamonificate, denitrificate, degrease and neutralize sewage. The sewage pretreatment takes place in the two-stage system with pressurized flotation aided with oxidation with the use of hydrogen peroxide at the 1st stage and, at the 2nd stage - with chemical treatment with this compound in a specially designed process reactor. The reactor consists of a block of the reaction tank and a set of sorption columns. At the second stage, the process is additionally aided with oxidation on the activated carbon and on coke. The designed method and the reactor have been tested on the pilot installation of the output of 36.0 m^3 d^-1. This solution allows to change relations: COD/BOD5, COD/N, BOD5/N, COD/P and BOD5/P into the advantageous ones for the final biological treatment. An additional advantage is a considerable reduction of odorous aldehydes, ketones, and sulfur-organic compounds such as mercaptans, thioethers, thioaldehydes as well as hydrogen sulfide. At the last stage, the pretreated and stabilized sewage is directed to a biological stage of full wastewater treatment.
