The investigations on titanium silicalite catalysts and their applications are reviewed. The characteristics of titanium silicalite catalysts: TS-1, TS-2, Ti-BETA, Ti-MCM-41 and Ti-MCM-48 was briefly discussed. Their usefulness was verified in the epoxidation reactions of the unsaturated compounds with the ethylene bond and in the hydroxylation of phenol to hydroquinone and pyrocatechol. The allyl and methallyl alcohol and methallyl chloride were subjected to the epoxidation. These technologies fulfill the requirements of modern trends in the chemical technology: green chemistry and low-waste productions.
